Working with emerging economies for green growth

The objectives of this forum are to: identify global opportunities for eco-innovation and for green trade between developed and developing nations; review practical examples of making trade work on the ground; and pinpoint the challenges and generate recommendations for policies that create a new platform to increase the global green market. The outcomes will contribute to the development of the EU position at the Rio+20 conference. This forum is jointly organised by the Finnish Ministry of the Environment and the European Commission, with the support of the Lahti Science and Business Park.
