Public Consultation on CIP

There is a public consultation open for comments on a possible successor to the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP).
The consultation is part of an impact assessment which aims toprovide feedback for the design of a possible successor programme to the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP 2007-2013).
The consultation aims to provide the Commission with stakeholder views on what the future priority areas for an EU intervention should be and what kind of instruments can potentially be used.
The consultation is open until February 4 2011.
