The project, coordinated by DRL (DE) aimed to improve and unify access to the existing main solar radiation databases and services across Europe. The results of large-scale initiatives in Europe, have been integrated, standardised and disseminated in a harmonised way to facilitate their effective exploitation by stakeholders. iCons was in charge to collect user requirements and manage the
stakeholders' community.
